Cold Weather Service Dog Coat
The coat is very easy to put on the dog as it slips over the dogs head and has an adjustable girth strap. The buckle for the girth strap is set back on the padded part of the strap flap so it will never rub against the dog. The chest is well covered and padded and yet at the same time cut high enough for the dogs front legs to have good movement.
The neck has a roll down fleece collar attached to it. The coat collar sits far enough back so that you can still use your dog’s collar and leash. The coat is a generous length to cover much of the dogs back. It is made of two layers of fabric the top layer is a 1000 denier cordura water proof fabric and the lining is a soft fleece material. All seams are reinforced and bound. On the larger sizes there are two back zippered pockets on the smaller coats there is one zippered pocket on the back top center.
On the larger coats there is a clear window Velcro ID pocket up front and on the smaller coats there is a swivel snap for the ID to hang. The coats can not be switched in design as the smaller coats are just too small for a window pocket or two back pockets. The coat comes with two patches of your choice (regular patches, not spec. patches), which we sew on at no charge to you.
Additional patches sold separately. We offer six sizes and 5 standard colors in this coat. The sizes are as follows first the girth size then the length of the coat back. XXS 13-17, 9"back...XS 18-22, 10" back...Sm 22-26, 14" back... Med 26-32, 19"back... Lg 29-37, 22" back... XLg 33-41, 26" back.
We offer matching dog booties in the same colors that the Cold Weather Coat comes in.

There is an Indian legend which says, "When a human dies there is a bridge they must cross to enter into heaven. At the head of that bridge waits every animal that human encountered during their lifetime. The animals, based upon what they know of this person, decide which humans may cross the bridge.... and which are turned away..." -- Unknown
