uble Door Full Ventilation Crate now features an added side door, while still offering ventilation on all four sides. We designed this crate with convenience and air movement in mind. The accessible side door makes loading and unloading your dog a breeze. Those with a mini van or SUV will especially appreciate this convenience. You can access your dog from the side or end of the crate. This double door ventilation crate comes in three sizes; Large-48x28x32, Medium-42x28x32, and Small-36x24x28.

It is costly to produce a crate of this style because of the time it takes to weld each and every bar and that is why you don’t see many aluminum double door full ventilation crates on the market. The top and bottom of the crate are polished solid aluminum diamond plate tread brite. The doors are made with double layers and are reinforced. The exterior of the doors are also polished diamond plate tread brite aluminum. This is a very nice looking crate. There are 4 recessed handles on the crate sides for easy transport (two per side). This feature makes carrying the crate safe without putting your hands in through the bars to move the crate. There is a welded bar inside the crate side wall to hang a flat sided water bucket so the dog does not tip over the water and have to be sitting in it while traveling or at training. You can also hang from the outside of this bar the crate fan (fan sold separately).

This crate is solid construction with a stainless steel locking door latch. The door can close and latch without being locked but you do have the option of locking the crate if desired. Additional accessories available for this crate are: Sun & Rain Cover, 12 volt 14” Blades Crate Fan, Power Pack, Cedar Floor, Padded Floor, and the Flat Sided Stainless Buckets. Why do we make all of our crates out of aluminum materials and TIG weld these aluminum crates? Aluminum for dog crates and kennels is a perfect material because it is lightweight, strong, does not rust and best of all does not absorb the suns heat. We do all of our aluminum welding by the TIG welding process. TIG welding is a very difficult type of welding to do; it is the strongest aluminum weld. TIG welding is a high quality welding process that is used when a precision welding process is required. To do TIG welding it requires a special TIG welding machine. Many welders can weld steel but aluminum welding takes many years of experience to master, our master welder has 28 years experience.
