This prong collar is 3.2mm gauge wire and will fit up to a 23” neck. It can easily be made smaller by removing links. If you need a 3.2mm collar to fit a neck size bigger than 22” we sell extra links to increase this collar size. How to properly fit a pinch collar. The collar should be placed up on the top of a dog’s neck just behind the ears. It should fit snuggly so it does not slip down to the base of the dog’s neck. Normal use you attach your leash through both rings (called dead ringing the collar). When you hook your leash through both rings it is safer and less harsh when using a correction on the dog. fits 17-23"
