Radio Systems and our authorized resellers, who are identified by the appropriate sanctioned logos, only sell new products in original packaging. Products purchased from resellers not in original packaging, used, sold as refurbished or as-is will not be covered by our warranty, or any consumer support. Radio Systems is committed to consumer satisfaction. To that end Radio Systems Corp. cautions consumers from purchasing any product other than product in its original packaging. You should not purchase from any resellers claiming to sell "refurbished product" as this is a false and misleading claim.
