Acceptance of Terms and Conditions The Majority of our ProductsOn Returns:You must call or email us and get an RMA before returning your item. A large number of items are only eligible for size exchanges and NO cash refunds WILL be made. You must call or email us first to find our whether your item is eligible for cash refund, otherwise the majority of items are only eligible for size exchanges. If you return an item before receiving an RMA, there will be NO exchange and/or return available to you. You must also put a copy of your original receipt and a note explaining what you would like in Exchange (size, color, etc) or your exchange will NOT be processed.Shipping charges for UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and United States Postal Service are not refundableAny and all Vests and harnesses are only available for size exchanges. NO REFUNDS!!CUSTOM ITEMS such as ID's, Small dog Carrier, any and all HOODIES & SWEATSHIRTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE or RETURNABLE because they are made to order. If we made a spelling error we will replace ID. That is the only exception.Important: Vests, Harnesses or any other clothing Item that are returned and exchanged MUST be free of all dog hair, odor or stains. If your return arrives with dog hair, odors or stains, NO REFUND will be issued and the item returned to you at your cost. In order to insure a proper refund, Make sure your item is in brand new, pristine condition.Be Advised of our Exchange & Refund Policy on Herm Sprenger Collars. If you purchase the wrong size for you or your dog that is not a problem, you may return the item for a size exchange. We do not give cash returns on any Herm Sprenger items. It can't have been used and exchange has to be within 30 days of purchase. In many cases our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, you will need to return it to them for proper credit. Please contact us for a Return Authorization. If you are returning an item to us for credit exchange, get an RMA FIRST, We will tell you which address to use when you get your RMA. If your order shows up without an RMA from www.things4yourdog.com you WILL NOT get your Money Back. ANY and ALL CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE EVER All Herm Sprenger collars are exchangeable only. No refunds. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. Wire that has been removed from the spool and/or placed in the ground and flags that are rusted or have been used are examples of items displaying excessive wear. In addition, if your order was shipped free of charge, you may be responsible for the shipping charges. This will apply only to orders where a customer "changed their mind" or if cancellation of an order takes place after the order has shipped. If an item is defective and you have contacted us for assistance, your shipping charges may be refundable. PetSafe Products The manufacturer of PetSafe products, Radio Systems Corp., provides a Lifetime Warranty on all parts and a one year warranty on labor. Below is the exact warranty information provided by the manufacturer: WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ELECTRONIC COLLARS OR FENCES OVERSEAS. US Addresses ONLY!! PetSafe has a Lifetime Warranty on parts and one year on labor. PetSafe guarantees all parts of this product for life against manufacturing or parts defects. Misuse or incorrect handling is not covered. If your unit cannot be repaired, PetSafe may replace it with new or reconditioned merchandise. PetSafe will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or its failure to work, or any incidental or consequential damages. There is a nominal labor charge for out of warranty products but all parts are free during the warranty period. If you have had your system for more than one year, call customer service at 1-800-732-2677 to determine the labor charge. Our other products come with a variety of warranty periods and conditions. Complete warranty information will be included with your product. If you have any questions about the warranty on any product we offer, please contact us at inquiry@things4yourdog.com YOU MUST get your RMA from http://www.things4yourdog.com/. Include your original invoice with your return and a letter explaining the reason for your return. Ship via UPS or US Mail Return Receipt Requested. To receive credit, the items you return must have been purchased directly from us and be returned in the original packaging if any.
