Our brand new Powder Coate
d, Double Door Full Ventilation Dog Crate now features an added side door, while still offering ventilation on all four sides. We designed this crate with convenience and air movement in mind. The accessible side door makes loading and unloading your dog a breeze. Those with a mini van or SUV will especially appreciate this convenience. You can access your dog from the side or end of the crate. This powder coated, double door ventilation crate comes in three sizes; Large-48x28x32, Medium-42x28x32, and Small-36x24x28. It is costly to produce a crate of this style because of the time it takes to weld each and every bar and that is why you don’t see many aluminum double door full ventilation crates on the market. Our powder coated aluminum crate is very durable and has a hard finish because this special coating process is done in two steps.
The two layers of coating on this crate make the finish not only very hard but also extremely durable.
The finish is Gray fleck on black and is stunning. The crates are both powder coated on the interior and exterior. Compare this finish to any other powder coat finish on the market and you won’t come close to this price.

Aluminum for dog crates and kennels is a perfect material because it is lightweight, strong, does not rust and best of all does not absorb the suns heat. We do all of our aluminum welding by the TIG welding process. TIG welding is a very difficult type of welding to do; it is the strongest aluminum weld. TIG welding is a high quality welding process that is used when a precision welding process is required. To do TIG welding it requires a special TIG welding machine. We have a master welder with 28 years of experience.
