Powder Coated Full Ventilation Aluminum Crate

Our full ventilation crate with the powder coated finish. Our powder coated aluminum crates are very durable and have a hard finish because this special coating process is done in two steps. Because of the two layers of coating on this crate the finish is not only very hard but that makes it extremely durable.

The color is a grey fleck on black giving the crate a stunning finish.

The crate is both powder coated on the interior and exterior. Our full ventilation crate features ventilation on all four sides. We designed this crate with air movement in mind and this is a great feature for those dogs that must remain in their kennel all day. It is costly to produce a crate of this style because of the time it takes to weld each and every bar and that is why you don't see aluminum full ventilation crates on the market.

The 36"full side’s ventilation crate measures 36 inches long, 28 inches tall and 24 inches wide. The 42" crate is 42" x 28" x 32". Even though this full ventilation crate is powder coated we have kept the tread brite on the top, floor and door of the crate. The bottom of the crate has an inch edge all around the bottom so if your dog has an accident or gets sick while traveling the liquids are contained in the crate. The door is made with double layers and it is reinforced. The look of this crate is stunning.

There are 4 recessed rubber coated handles on the crate sides for easy transport (2 per side). This feature makes carrying the crate safe without putting your hands in through the bars to move the crate. There is a welded bar inside the crate side wall to hang a flat sided water bucket so the dog does not tip over the water and have to be sitting in it while traveling or at training. You can also hang from the outside of this bar the crate fan (sold separately). This crate is solid construction with a stainless steel locking door latch. The door can close and latch without being locked but you do have the option of locking the crate if desired.

Why do we make all of our crates out of aluminum materials and TIG weld these aluminum crates. Aluminum for dog crates and kennels is a perfect material because it is lightweight, strong, does not rust and best of all does not absorb the suns heat. We do all of our aluminum welding by the TIG welding process. TIG welding is a very difficult welding to do and is the welding process that we use because it is the strongest aluminum weld. TIG welding is also known as GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding). TIG welding is a high quality welding process that is used when a precision welding process is required. To do TIG welding it requires a special TIG welding machine. Our master welder has 28 years experience.
