Our Service Dog Travel Information Packet is a combination of products that will simplify traveling with your service animal and put all your paper work in one place. After contacting airlines and bus lines we have included the products that will help you in your travels. Included in this Travel Packet is our Embroidered Service Dog ID Pocket Bag which comes in 11 different colors. This bag has two zipper compartments, one being clear vinyl on the front for easy readability. It has a clip on the top of the bag so the bag can be attached to luggage or vest for easy carry and handling.


A laminated USA Federal ADA access card. A two sided metal ID tag with snap clip lanyard, We will put your dogs information on one side of the ID and your information on the other side of the card. A 2.5" shield style plastic engraved two sided tag that can be used on the dogs collar, harness, or vest. The engraved tag states on one side that this is a service dog traveling with a disabled handler and the other side is the ADA law and Aviation Protection information with phone numbers.

This tag comes with a trigger snap clip attached to it for easy application. A Medical Information Card that can have any medical information on it and a place for your doctor to sign that you require the assistance of a service animal.
