Shipping Rates and Policies
We offer UPS GROUND SHIPPING. We have decided to Offer UPS 2nd Day air as a shipping Option. You can track your order online with UPS Tracking . Some items may come from FED Ex or DHL when shipped directly from manufacturer. You may receive separate shipments if some or all of your order is an item that is shipped directly from the manufacturer. We try to give you the most accurate quote on shipping. Some of our items are oversized and although they don't weigh all that much, UPS charges are based not only on weight, but the size of box. If it is an oversized order, we are charged extra and we pass those charges on through to you. We don't make money on shipping. You pay what we pay.
ON All Express orders: 2d day, next day, and express orders will require 48 business hours processing before shipping. Once the item is shipped, it will be next day or 2d day delivery.
*******We DO NOT Ship any Electronics or Electric Fences OVERSEAS!! We have had a number of problems, so we have made a decision that electronics will be shipped In the US ONLY!
***********ALL INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS MUST BE PAID BY PAYPAL...CC are often used for fraudulent activity and it is too difficult to try and clear international Credit cards without difficulty.
When You Can Expect To Receive Your Order
We do NOT have same day shipping. If you place your order early in the day, it will not be processed that day. It will be processed the next business day. If your order is in by 10PM CST. We will start processing the next business day.

On all express orders: 2d day or next day, we require 48 business hours in which to process your order. Your speed of delivery will be either UPS 2d day, or Next day orders. For Example if you put in a 2d day air order on Monday. Your order will be shipped by Wednesday with delivery on Friday.

Orders requesting Ground shipping will process and ship within five business days, please add this to your estimated delivery time. For example, if you live in Michigan and place an order on Monday and request Ground shipping, you order will ship on or before Friday and should arrive four Business Days later. |

UPS does not deliver packages on weekends unless you selected Next Day Air Saturday Delivery. In addition, UPS does not deliver packages on Holidays. We are offering UPS 2d Day Air as an option. This will raise the cost of shipping, but you are guaranteed delivery with in a time frame. This is for domestic items only. We require 2 business days processing for next day, 2d day and express orders in which to ship. |

Next Day Air: UPS does not deliver packages on weekends except for Next Day Air Saturday Delivery. If you are placing an order after 3:00pm on a Thursday requesting Next Day Air and you want your order delivered on Saturday, please indicate in the "Comment" section of our order form that you want Saturday Delivery. UPS charges an extra $12.50 for this service and this will be added to your shipping charges. |
To Our Customers Outside the 48 United States
- Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Foreign Countries and those using an APO address. Your shipping options will be UPS Next Day Air, UPS2nd Day Air or Express or Priority Mail. The Shipping Charges in your Shopping Cart are ESTIMATES only. We will email you with your exact shipping charges prior to shipping your order. We will require your acceptance of these shipping charges before your order can be processed.
- We have made the Decision to not ship ANY electronic or Electric fence products Overseas....
- If your order is shipping outside the United States, you may be required to pay duties, taxes and other fees. These costs will be your responsiblity. Please call us to get a quote on what your overseas shipping fees will be.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, we will email you the UPS tracking number, if your order is shipping via UPS. If you do not have your UPS tracking number available, you can track your order on our web site by going to Order Tracking. Online order tracking is available only if your order is shipping via UPS. If your order is shipping via Priority or Express Mail, Fex Ex or DHL, tracking information is not available on our web site however we will email you the tracking number so you can track your order with the Post Office at www.usps.com.
