This Working Dog Vest is a true workhorse. It was designed with function and comfort in mind for you and your working dog. It is available in 2 sizes and 4 colors. The vest is made of PVC backed denier fabric making is extra tough and durable. This vest will not be too hot for the dog to work in. The features of this vest are many. Both the girth and chest straps are 1.5” in width, adjustable, side release buckle and have a manmade sheepskin cover. Your dog will be able to work many hours in comfort.

There are 4 heavy welded D-rings on this vest. Two are for pulling such as are used in wheelchair movement. There are also 2 D-rings up by the handle. These can be used to hook your leash, the LED lite (comes with the vest) and the detachable 5”x8” bag can be attached on these front D-rings. The detachable bag is the perfect size for a wallet, papers, cell phone, or medical kit. You can also purchase an additional Bag 7075535EBag (see link below) to balance vest and provide additonal carrying space.

The PVC interior is easily wiped clean. The detachable bag has two clips on it to hook to the vest. It could also be used to clip on your belt, pocketbook, walker or wheelchair. On the top back section of this vest is a Velcro closing vinyl window pocket to put your dog’s identification or the dogs ID Badge. The things4yourdog.com label is on every vest.

This window pocket will fit our ID Badges. The handle is a loop type handle large enough for easy access and it is also covered in the manmade sheepskin cover for comfortable holding onto the dog. There are 4 places on the vest that have attached reflective webbing for night safety. The vest is padded, lined and all the seams are cover bound. It comes with 4 patches of your choice. Please specify in comment box which ones you would like. This vest also works well with the 3 snap reflective pulling leash wich is helpful for those with a wheelchair. (leash item number is 707551PL) Don't forget to pick which patches you wish.

Note on Patch Choices: Service Dogs have public access rights under the ADA law to enter public property with their disabled handler. Therapy Dogs do not have ADA public access rights. A Therapy Dog is one that meets the needs of others, such as visiting nursing homes, hospitals, reading groups, etc. A dog that is therapeutic to its disabled handler is a Service Dog.
